Cost has two parts — a platform plan plus usage-based AI. We're finalizing public rates with our first customers, so the fastest way to a real number is a short demo where we size it to your bid volume. Design partners get preferred early terms.
How does usage-based billing work?
You're metered per unit of work the platform produces — drawings analyzed, BOQs generated, estimates produced, procurement packages. Cost tracks output, so a quiet month costs less and a busy bid season scales with the work.
What's included in Enterprise?
Everything in Professional plus SSO and advanced RBAC, private deployment and regional data residency, per-tenant white-labeling, dedicated onboarding, and an SLA — on an annual agreement.
Can I try it before committing?

Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Teams can bill annually, and Enterprise runs on a custom annual agreement.
